Quick guide for your salon
Your business's professional platform, set up by you in less than 15 minutes.
1. Set up your business
- · Go to Sign in → Register your salon and fill in: salon name, email, password, subdomain (e.g. mysalon.kamas.ch), address, postal code, city and country.
- · The subdomain is unique and becomes your business's professional online address.
- · Fully self-service: confirm your email, sign in and your workspace is ready.
2. Build your team
- · Staff menu → New: first name, last name, calendar colour and photo (drag it into the box).
- · For each team member you set weekly working hours and availability, and assign the services they perform.
- · Staff are internal profiles without separate accounts: one owner login runs the whole salon.
3. Define your services
- · Services menu → Catalogue: tick the ready-made services (hair, beard, nails, face and body, massage, beauty technology, tattoo and permanent make-up, image consulting).
- · Or create a custom service: name, description, price in CHF, duration in minutes, category and photos.
- · The services you define are exactly what your clients see and book.
4. Manage your day
- · The calendar is the operational centre of the salon: one column per staff member and 15-minute cells. Green = free, red = booked, grey = unavailable.
- · Click a free cell to add a manual booking for a client on the phone or standing in front of you.
- · Time-off menu for breaks, leave, sickness, holidays and closures: they automatically block online bookings.
5. Create your own digital presence
- · Settings menu: description, phone, email, address, brand colours, opening hours, social links, logo and cover image.
- · Your subdomain shows services, prices, durations, team, gallery, hours and map in your own visual identity.
- · It is your salon's professional digital presence, managed by you — no marketplace, no shared listing.
6. Let clients book
- · The client opens your page, picks a service, a professional, a day and an available time, and confirms without registering.
- · They get a summary with a link to manage the appointment, plus an SMS reminder before the slot.
- · Online and offline in one calendar: bookings taken by phone or in person are added by you, with no risk of overlap.
7. Understand your business and bring clients back
- · Dashboard menu: today's clients, today's revenue, active staff and the past week's trend.
- · Statistics menu: revenue by day, week, month and year, most requested services and client retention.
- · Promotions menu: clients are segmented automatically (weekly, monthly, every 2 months, at risk, lost, dormant). Pick the message, edit it and send it when you want.
8. Manage your subscription
- · 7-day full trial with a credit card required at sign-up; the first charge happens on day eight.
- · Invoices menu: subscription status, payment history and the Stripe billing portal (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT).
- · All self-service: cancel whenever you want from Settings, with no long-term contract and no booking commissions.
